We are looking for a bubbly person, proactive with excellent telephone manner to support our client who specialises in the sales of hardware.
- receive and process sale orders online, or via phone and email
- checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices
- dealing with queries an complaints
- tracking orders
- maintaining sales records
- liaison with clients, suppliers and other department
- dealing with customer requests
- providing quotations, and information such as stock availability
- Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 - with one hour break for lunch
- Temp - Permanent contract
