​Job Description

Our client is a leader in the design and manufacture of amazing office interiors. working with some of the best brands in the world, they are leading the way in high-quality modern office fitout. As a result of growth in their business, they are looking to recruit several members of staff, the first being an installations project manager with experience in coordinating the installation of fitted and freestanding furniture using direct and subcontract fitters.

Role Mission:

To support our rapid growth by overseeing our custom furniture installations in our client's offices, and training installation teams to a high standard, on time and according to our customer's requested dates, and a standard that WOWs our clients!

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee prebuild / mockup of certain products in warehouse to ensure 100% quality

- Coordinate with client re dates to attend site

- Travel to site (Anywhere in USA) and meet install team, and oversee install

- Train install teams if required

- When problems arise, find the most cost-effective solution that keeps the client WOWed

- Return to site to install punch items if required

Essential Skills:

- Experience in bespoke furniture installation, including cutting and scribing 

- Ability to understand drawings

- Driving Licence and ability to travel all over USA

- Ability to liaise with clients on site and remotely

- Ability to lead a team on site and assist remotely

- Ability to problem solve

- Project milestone task dates completed on time for each project

- Punch items complete in target date

- Attend daily team meeting

- High quality work, attention to detail, and not turning a blind eye to poor quality product

- Budget maintained

- Zero complaints regarding communication
