The role is a full-time position involving management of facilities and a fleet of up to 20 vehicles.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear working background in facilities, maintenance, possibly safety processes implementation. This role would suit someone who enjoys being challenged and is not seeking a rigid structured role. Every day is different in this position and our existing team need a colleague who can be positive, cost conscious and reactive with a desire to resolve any issues. A good knowledge of commercial building services is desirable.
